Penn Pest uses text messaging only for transactional, informational, and service‑related communications connected to requested or existing services. These messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, technician arrival notices, service follow‑ups, account‑related notices, and other operational messages related to Penn Pest services. Penn Pest does not currently use text messaging for marketing or promotional campaigns.

Message frequency varies based on your service activity, appointment schedule, and communication needs. You may receive multiple messages in connection with a single service visit or request.
Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile phone number through our website, contact forms, service requests, phone calls, or other communications, and by opting in where applicable, you agree that Penn Pest may contact you by text message regarding your inquiry, appointments, scheduling, account notifications, and service updates. Penn Pest may use third‑party service providers, including PestPac and related communication tools, aggregators, and messaging platforms, to help manage customer communications, scheduling, service history, and text message delivery. Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators, messaging platforms, and providers of the text message services used to deliver Penn Pest communications.
Participating in the Service
By participating in Penn Pest’s text messaging service, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided or that you have the necessary permission to receive text messages at that number. You agree to notify Penn Pest if your mobile number changes.
Changes to These Terms
